C O M I N G Water Fitness Instructor Training Program April 10 - 11, 2010 …

The Wet yet? Water Fitness Instructor Training Program consists of ten to twelve class hours of training. A large portion of this training will take place in the water. Participants will receive a training manual and, once the program is successfully completed, will have the ability to design and instruct a safe and effective water exercise class. Each participant must obtain a CPR certification on their own time. Participants will also be paired with one of our “senior” instructors for eight hours of mentoring and practicing in an actual class setting. Written and Practical tests will also be given. The next course is scheduled for April 10 - 11, 2010
