These classes provide a light cardiovascular workout while seated in a chair. Emphasis is placed on improving posture and increasing joint range of motion and flexibility. Hand weights and stretch bands are sometimes used during a portion of the class. Core/abdominal strengthening is also focused on. Classes are conducted to lively, upbeat music that will make you want to move. Segments of Chair Fitness Classes are also incorporated into some of our other fitness programs such as; Light & Easy Aerobics and Senior Pilates

Participants must be residents of Kentland Manor Apartments.
No registration needed
