Senior Pilates
 

Senior Pilates is a mind/body awareness arrangement of exercises designed to strengthen the body. Improved posture, balance, flexibility and joint stability can be achieved and maintained with participation in this program. Relaxation techniques are incorporated into the class. Only seated and standing exercises are performed.
