Longevity Stretch
 

The Longevity Stretch system of twelve exercises designed to improve posture, alignment, flexibility and mind/body awareness was developed in Viet Nam by Master Dau. This class is performed using a long stick (provided at class) that is approximately 1" in diameter and approximately as long as the user's height. Movements are performed standing and are coordinated with proper deep breathing techniques. Flexibility and range of motion are emphasized in this gentle class that allows the participant to clear his/her mind and allow a feeling of happiness and joy to enter.
