Meet Your Instructor - Biographies

For over twenty years Wet Yet? Water Fitness business owner and Instructor Nancy Brouillette has dedicated herself to her class participants, helping them achieve personal health and fitness goals by providing programs that are motivational, supportive and fun.

Nancy began her career in the fitness industry teaching aerobic dancing classes for Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Programs in 1981.

Three years later a move to Glasgow, Scotland allowed Nancy to begin developing exercise programs of her own. This was the beginning of what ultimately become her long and rewarding profession - helping people feel better through movement. After returning to the United States in 1986 Nancy continued to teach for Jacki Sorensen while still creating and choreographing her own health and wellness programs. Now, over twenty years later, Nancy teaches more than a dozen different fitness classes per week and oversees many more, led by her highly qualified instructors.

Nancy's fitness certifications include:

Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Programs,
Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA),
Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) Deep Water,
AEA Personal Pool Programming Certificate,

American Institute of Fitness Educators (AIFE),

MD State Motorcycle License (congratulations Nancy)
