Step Aerobics
 

Step Up To Fitness Step Aerobics is a low-impact, high intensity class which will strengthen, tone and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Routines are choreographed to upbeat, energetic music and participants leave the class feeling exhilarated not exhausted! Beginners are always encouraged to join. Steps are available at the facilities for students to use however, if you have your own you are encouraged to bring it. A mat or towel for floorwork and (optional) handweights are also needed. Class begins with a warm up followed by strength training with handweights. A floorwork segment is next, then a cardiovascular portion. The class ends with a cooldown, recovery heart rate check and light stretching.
