Total Body Conditioning
This class is a head to toe workout featuring body sculpting
and light aerobics. Persons of all fitness levels are encouraged
to join. You will experience a diverse and exciting workout
beginning with a warm-up and stretch, followed by a short cardio
workout to condition your heart and body. You will also advance
through a simple but challenging array of exercise stations
designed to improve your over-all health and fitness. This class
is great for beginners and people who just like to keep things
moving. A minimum of 7 persons is needed to run the class.
